could anyone plz tell me if there are any good freeware programs (no limitations) that can encode mp3 into wma at any bitrate since i can't find any

Are you aware that the resulting WMA will not have a better quality?

I believe foobar2000 can if you have the appropriate codecs installed, but yea. the resulting WMA will have lower quality even if you chose a higher bitrate.

Not 100% true, as there are a WMA lossless as well.

But that would be a really waste of space... lol

That can still be usefull.

Exemple : you have mp3 @ 320kbps and want to put them on a small flash player, so at very low bitrates (64 and less)... And at those bitrates, wma is better than mp3
