I know, I just went and registered at the burnatonce forums, but it takes 7 days to post...

So... I've been getting this error recently when I use burnatonce. I happens (apparently) randomly:

This is on a Lite-On 52327s. The drive is about 6 months old, has burned ~200 discs and ripped ~500. I'm using Fuji TY media and if I scan the coasters with kprobe, they are low error rates right up until where the burn failed. No C2's.

edit: Also been using latest 58 firmware for a few months now, and also tried with SPTI, ASPI 4.60 and wnaspi

Delete the burnatonce.ini file, and then try again, no gaurantee that'll work.
If you're still having problems after that do a complete uninstall of bao, reboot even if you use Win2k or WinXP, and then reinstall.

The problem you listed doesn't seem to be uncommon, I found this on the bao forums:
Retryable error #1, Retryable error #2 (a bit lengthy)
