I just happened to find the actual name of the component in another thread. I was looking to do a little experimenting with the new aoTuv tunings. Problem was I formated my computer not long ago and lost Foobar.

So I go download Foobar.

Well I think I'm bout to get setup and check out the new qua of some files encoded at lower bitrate. To bad there was no option to use external encoder anymore. I have done a little searching and saw a link to some Russian(I believe) site, but google translater want translate for me to find out where to go.

Can someone PM me link or post where to get this component.

I went back and looked in the first Sticky Thread up top, and one of the sites had part of the url in it mentioned above.
