My question, is --alt prest standard and --preset standard interchangable in 3.96.1 or do I have to start over again?
Full Version: iTunes-LAME 3.96.1 Question
I just converted about 1,000 songs into my library using iTunes-LAME 2.08. It uses LAME 3.96.1. The default setting (which I used) is --alt preset standard. After doing all this conversion I just now realized that the new setting with 3.96.1 is --preset standard. My files "look" like they received this setting based on the bit rates (compared to the old 3.90.3 APS setting).
My question, is --alt prest standard and --preset standard interchangable in 3.96.1 or do I have to start over again?

aps in 3.96.1 is automaticly mapped to ps.which of course may have been tuned a bit differently (than in 3.90.3), but is basicly the same preset.
