I'm using nero AAC encoder (from my Nero 6.3.1.17). And in_mp4.dll from rarewares.rog/aac.html (there is only one plugin for winamp, AFAIK it's based on FAAD2).
I need a wery low bitrate (idealy LOWER than 16 kbps, but 16kbps is ok, well i tried floggy from oggencGT3b1, but it junks the sound too much). And so i try to set in nero cbr 16, AAC HE, and PNS, high quality. It converts ok, but when i try to get it played in winamp it says Maximum Number of bitstream elements exceeded, and i can hear first sounds of the composition.

Then i tried to decode it with nero back - well, it writes about "can't encode file" after working out about 70% of the file. The file doesn't play. I haven't tryed opening it as raw pcm, but...

Any solution?
