Sometimes (actually, often) when I try to use NAACEnc.exe, in the command line I get the error: "Assertion failed: nRetCode && pIUWav, file E:\_____CurDev\NAACEnc\NAACEnc.cpp, line 309"

Then it says "abnormal program termination."

I was just wondering if perhaps this is just an issue with me or a possible issue with the program itself. Any comments would be awesome.

i had exactly the same problem before using foobar & batchenc. i think what i did was to uninstall my nero demo and place the audioplugin ddls in the same director as naacenc. just make sure the dlls are in the same directory with naacenc.
