I use Adobe Audition 1.5 and it decode mp3 files using fHg decoder,
when compared to foobar's mpglib decoded wav in spectral view,
It seems clip more at top graphics.

I had download an lame filter for cooledit but it only has encode function,

I search in google and found some dead links,Qmpeg filter for cooledit,mp3filt GNU for cooledit,
I'd like to know is there any mpglib or mpg123 version decoder for cooledit?
or is there any resource/sample code for coding an cooledit filter.
I don't know how to keep fhg encoder ,disable it's decoder with new mp3 decoder.

I will collect some other cooledit filters source and try to 'mix' it with mpglib,if I can't found exists mpglib for cooledit.
