got a ipg-100, been transfering lp,s cassettes,and reel to reel to musicmatch jukebox into mp3,s. how do i go about transfering to igp-100 ? thanks for any info.

Are you asking how to get mp3 files from your computer onto the mp3player? It's just like any file copy.

You don't say where you are having problems so it's hard to guess. Is the player visable as removable drive when it's plugged into the USB port ?
