I think this could be a very useful feature but I guess it's really a though one. What it is? Possibility of having a panel/toolbar containing custom shortcuts to foobar commands in the form of buttons. If this buttons where customizable that would be even great than great

Some examples of possible usage:

- Preferences button: Will open foobar2000 preferences.
- Scan database button: Will scan database button. If the possibility of execute possible commands will get implemented then you could also i.e. add the remove dead entries function.
- Refresh album list: as the title says.
- Randomize playlist: as the title says.

It'll be some kind of foo_config but via buttons. But some of this features will need to have a way to execute some functions that foo_config can't acces like 'hit' scan button under database preferences window, etc...

That's something I would like to have, too.
ATM I use the panel of foo_scheduler to execute foobar commands the way you described.

I've wanted a toolbar like this for a while. I don't think it would be that hard to do (for normal foobar commands; stuff like rescanning the database isn't possible with current SDK I don't think). I haven't given much time to programming lately though, so I'm also hoping someone else picks this up.
