The blue highlight does not track/follow the song being played. How to enable (where is the setting?) to highlight to follow the song in a playlist?

Playback -> Follow cursor

I can't believe how it is possible that this question has been asked for like 5292 times during the last two months and still no-one is able to find it with the forum search function.

edit: grammar

I think adamlau want's cursor to follow played item, not plyaed item follow cursor.
To do that foo_scroll plugin can be used.

You can't believe? The reason is obvious - the lack of a nice tutorial for all beginners!

Okay then, should we add a tutorial about checking the menu items and using forum search?

I think it's the lack of common sense. If you are a beginner and have a problem (and manage to find your way here) what makes you think that other beginners haven't asked the same question already? And, normally, if you have a hunch that something has already been asked, you of course searche for it, don't you? I'd say it's common sense that tells you things like that.

Sounds like a great idea!

@ anza,

I don't want to argue. But the interior view is quite different from the exterior view. I'm convinced, that the whole forum would shrink significant if there were a tutorial for beginners.

......if my mother tongue were english and if I were fit in computer language I certainly would.
There is a nice tutorial in french and also a website with good explanations, but my french is too poor....
