I'm trying to encode some rather big WAV-files to aac with naacenc, but if the input files are larger than 2 gigs naacenc crashes. I can cut the files up and encode seperately but then I have several output files instead of just one. Now, can I eaither circumvent the apparent 2 gig limit in some way, or join the encoded files to a single .mp4 file? I've tried using Quicktime Pro, but that didn't work.

iTunes/Quicktime also has a 2 gig limit, BTW, it's just better hidden.
