I'm not sure if the verb's spelled "weigh" in infitive form.... but anyhow, i'm trying to figure out the postage for 8 12-inch records i am sending. They are all singles, but the mass shouldnt be very different from LP's should it ?

Why not wrap the records and take them to the postoffice? The folks in the postoffice will tell you how much postage is required.

The weight is variable. I know Simply Vinyl manufacture from 125 gram up to 180 gram, it might be worth looking into their site.

I'd say 180gram is the absolute tops nowadays (although eXtravangza when they first started probably tripled this! - try scratching with that).. Haven't weighed any recently, but as with most things in society, the quality, (and in this case the weight), is going down. I think I have a few Nukleuz records that weigh in at <100 grams, they are more bendy than an Asda pillow and sound like a firefight in a breadbin.
