Hi. I use foobar2000 v0.8.3 very often.
Very recently, my foobar2000 would halt when I choose to close it. It doesn't matter how I close it, whether its clicking the X or choosing close on the Foobar2000 menu, it halts. The only way I would end it then is to end the process manually. I don't know what's wrong, and it's only started this today. There wasn't any foo_tunes in my components folder, and this is pretty annoying.

Please help.

Have you recently installed any new components? Could you post a list of installed components? What user interface are you using? And finally, does foobar2000 halt before or after the user interface is closed?

No I have not installed any new components. I am currently using the Columns UI interface, and I've been using this for quite a while now. I've never experienced any problems with foobar2000 until now.

I've been having the same problem for while. I don't know what's causing it, but I just noticed that musicmusic has recently released a stable version of ColumnsUI, which neither of us seems to have upgraded to. Maybe that will help add some stability to our foobars.
