I personally dont know what to make out of it, but it does scare the shit out of me. If i understand this article correctly all software developers are to pay a large fee for a certificate. . . how is HA.org audio developement gonna deal with this?

I think all those companies would be sued to death before it even starts to get implemented, but most likely the world would end up devided into two parts.

The "Consumer Broadband and Digital Television Promotion Act" is what scares me the most though. . . what, do they expect us to use the internet only for Email ??
