Does anybody know what is the encoder used by Creative MediaSource? I got it with my MuVo player.

The dbPowerAmp shell extensions claims, on some files, it is "FhG (fastenc or mp3enc)", on other, encoded with the same program, "QDesign (fast mode)".
But this are just a guesses from file structure.

Creative, I think they use commercial mp3 encoder, FHG's probability is higher!

I never see Qdesign in anywhere before besides Apple QuickTime
DARcode
Yup, Creative uses FhG.
