I've been working with or should I say struggling with Foobar for a couple weeks now and I'm still having trouble. What I'd like to do is list my current file structure that contains all of my files. Something like this:

Tool
>>Undertow
>>Lateralus
>>etc.

Rush
>>Moving Pictures
>>2112
>> etc.

So, then I can just pick the album and send it to the playlist.

I've setup up the album lists in columns ui but it doesn't list all of my folders/files. It's weird. Some are there, some are not. I can't figure it out.

Can someone walk me through the process on how to do this correctly?

Thanks.

EDIT: I have a picture of what I'm looking for. How do I attach a pic?

Please use the upload forum for that.

The most likely reason why certain tracks wouldn't show in the album list is missing tags.

Ok, I added the image here.

I hope I did it right.

I checked the tags thing and they all look good.

Thanks.

Are you sure you have added all of your albums to the database already?

Either by adding them to one of your playlists at least once, or by limiting the database to certain directories and scanning it (in the preferences).

Well, something isn't right cause I get this everytime I open Foobar:

You seem to have a lot of cue sheets that either point to invalid files or to the wrong file extension.

There should be quite a few posts about this on the forum.

AFter I restricted the files the database would "see" it cleaned up a lot better.
