I am trying to access BBC Radio streams and have found 2 issues that I can't seem to solve. The streams are part of the BBC radio "Listen Live" or "Listen Again" feeds that call up a browser window as the player. (This requires Real or Real Alternative to be installed). If you look at the player window frame source you can extract and create the URL's to play in Winamp or QCD using the Tara plugin. E.g. http://www.bbc.co.uk//radio/aod/sho...radio2/ross.rpm - Jonathan Ross or http://www.bbc.co.uk/radio/aod/show...2_bobharris.rpm - Bob Harris.
I have been trying to play these streams to a second soundcard but this never works. Always the primary sound card is used for these streams. The same behaviour happens with both QCD and Winamp 2.91. Anyone know why this is or knows of a way to achieve this?
Also these streams cannot be converted and saved to another format such as mp3. Anyone know a way around this?
My aim here is to stream these streams to a remote USB soundcard that is not used as the PC's primary sound card.
