With a WMA lossless track I tried to put more than one value into the Artist field.

I show the file properties with "show file info" and then I edit the artist field adding "\ Schiff" to the existing "Bach".
After I click update, getting the message:"The file was updated succesfully", I can see, shown in the playlist window "Bach, Schiff" in the artist column.
But, as I start the playback of that track the value in the artist field becomes " Schiff" with a space before the name.
I go to show the file properties again and I can see the artist field content has become just " Schiff".

Please somebody help me. I have a lot of classical music where usually the people involved are more than one.

Thanks again.

Really sorry.

Feel stupid for that. My eyes were looking for a title like "multiple artist" so skipped the "HELP" beginning the title of that thread, and the search for "artist" in the title didn't include that thread, sorry again.
After I sent the other post I made some experiment so I thought that it would have been useful for the other poster.

I promise I'll behave.

Thanks for the patience.
