I decided to remove all the heading from all the panels on the left. Now I have decided that I want to add the visualisation and the track info panels. But I am unable to get the context menu which allows me to select the other panels!

Is this a bug, or can I select the panels another way?

Use the "Reset sidebar" button found in the "Sidebar" tab in Columns UI config, to get the caption back. Then you'll have something to click on.
