1) and 2), check out Columns UI (there's a thread in 3rd party plugins forum). That will definitely take care of 2). As for 1), the albumlist panel should get you pretty darn close to the WMP version.

And 3), I'm not sure that it's possible at the moment.

For 3) you can get foo_remote which include foo_tbar which puts button in the task bar. Once it's installed you right click the task bar and select the foobar toolbar that is that. Get it from http://mujweb.cz/www/steelspace/

There are some WMP10-like buttons here, but not "just like" WMP:

Another way to have buttons in the task bar, is to simply use shortcuts. Set the target to e.g.: "C:\Path to\foobar2000\foobar2000.exe" /playpause
and use a suitable icon. If you create it as a toolbar, it's also easy to disable all buttons at once without deleting them.
