I've been away for a few months and am just trying to catch up on what's going on. Perhaps some kind soul could tell me what the latest version of Ivan's Psytel AAC encoder is? (version/date)

Yeah, The latest build is 1.2 (Sep 6 2001)...
But there's a catch - there exists 2 exactly the same size binaries, but those may not be the same. The newer one includes -no_temporal switch. Older one doesn't have it.

I'm not exactly sure are there any other differencies quality wise. Probably no.
