thanks for the great foo_pod plugin! I have been playing with it for several days now and being liberated from iTunes is a wonderful feeling
I was wondering if there is a way to customize the commands in the foo_pod group when one right clicks a playlist. Right now, I think (am at work now...) you get three options; send/delete song to/from iPod, something like "ignore playlist" (not sure what this does), and copy songs from oPod to disk. What I would like to have is open iPod playlist and delete all songs/playlists in the contextual menu. These commands may not be useful to owners of big iPods, but I use a Shuffle, so nuking the iPod's contents and knowing what's on it is very useful. I know that you can do this from the components->foo_pod menu, but it would be nice to be able to put these commands in the contextual menu as well.
Another question, not really related. When starting iTunes, is there a way to prevent iTunes from nuking the contents of my Shuffle when the Shuffle is plugged in and has been previously filled using foo_pod? i.e., I think what's going on is that the foo_pod generated playlist is not in sync with the iTunes generated playlist, so itunes decides that it should have priority.
again, thanks for the great plugin!
cheers,
Mike
