I use tabbed panel (foo_uie_tabs) and I can only have one tab stack in ui_column sidebar and one in toolbar. Both enable from context menu->layout->tab panel stack
how do I have multi tab stack like this in Foobar Gallery ? (the one post by Stratman)

Hold shift when you right-click to open the component menu thingo, the tab stack item should be ticked, click it anyway and another will be added.
