Would anyone be interested in making a plugin that would allow you to further customize the toolbar buttons in columns UI? Basically, instead of having the current set of 7 buttons that comes with columns UI, it'd be wayyy more customizable. Here's what I'm thinking:

• Since each button already corresponds to a menu item, how about allowing new buttons to be created for any menu item? Personally I'd like to have "follow cursor" and "stop after current" buttons on my toolbar. Items that are checked or not would have a depressed state if enabled so I can see if they're on or not. This of course would extend itself to just about anything.
  
• Customizable graphics for each individual button. This one's obvious, and quite necessary if you're gonna be adding new buttons.
  
• Ability to create multiple toolbars and move them around. Thought not as important as the previous two features, this would be especially cool. Make the preferences screen somewhat similar to the "columns" tab of columns UI, but for toolbars instead of columns obviously.

Anyways, I'm not a programmer as usual, but this can't be that hard to program... can it?
