Using mkvmerge v1.4.0, I tried to merge an avi video file with its corresponding audio track (a speex-encoded file). The resulting matroska file contained only the video track.How can I correctly merge a video track with a speex audio track ? (I'm using FreeBSD). Thanks.

I am sorry to say that Speex audio is currently unsupported in matroska. If we support it, we will do so using a native mode.
