MP3Gain 1.2.5 frontend and mp3gain.exe 1.4.6 backend was used to scan one file.

With tag writing enabled, and if the file has not been previously scanned,

Scanning adds:
mp3gain_minmax
replaygain_track_gain
replaygain_track_peak

and if you use album gain:
replaygain_album_gain
replaygain_album_peak.

If you apply the gain, then it adds:
mp3gain_undo

Bug: even if you apply the undo, mp3gain_undo still remains.

1. Scan a file.

2. Turn tag writing on.

3. Apply the gain.

Bug: Undo tags get added, but the minmax, gain, peak tags don't.

More tagging options.

[ ] Add minmax analysis tags
[ ] Add replaygain track/album peak/gain tags

RFE: Separate buttons for apply gain and apply tags.

While your bug-hunting is very helpful, i think your improvement-requests are too fb2k-like: they make the app unnecessarily complicated for most users. It would be enough if mp3gain's "ignore" option would just act as intended.

Maybe some of these options could be set from the registry then..?
