I am using VM version of reference software and it is unable to decode the legacy bitsreams provided for decoder conformance. the data is read correctly about the fs and etc, but mode is read to be "6" which is not supported and bitheader size is read to be 4 bits whereas it should be 5. if anyone knows the proper format of the reference bitstream do tell me.


Note: the decoder can decode bitstreams generated by the encoder provided.
