please recommend a good solid state voice recorder. need at least 8 hours of good quality voice, the ability to suppress noise (will be recording lectures in university, amont other things), usb interface to upload recorded files to PC and abillity to play them back in standard format. probably relatively good quality built-in speaker. for less than a $100. I was looking at higher end things, like Olympus dm-20, looks great, but a bit of overkill for me, $200, I don't feel like spending that much. Ability to play back other formats such as mp3 is something I can live without. I would rather have a good quality dedicated voice recorder than something that attempts to do everything.
