Hi all,

Could any of you provide me with some reference or default settings for a TNS implementation? I am interested in the following parameters, some of which I found in earlier posts/ISO standard:

* tns start freq (1.275 kHz)
* tns stop freq (fs/2)
* tns max. order (20)
* tns coefficient resolution (4 bits)
* tns quantization (uniform quantization of arcsine rc's)

and specifically:

* tns filter direction ?
* lpc window length ?
* number of lpc filters ?
* frequency range for each filter?

Any additional info would be very much appreciated. I understand that many of these parameters fall under "trade secrets", but I was wondering if developers test their implementation against a standard setting?
