ive been using foobar for a while now and love it

recently my hd crashed and i lost everything and i had no backups

id like to get foobar back to how i had it


when you put a mouse over on the foobar icon in systray right now it displays the song name, how do i make it show 'artist - song name'

also.. i installed the album list extension but it opens in a window - i remember having it in a box right under my playlists... how do i do this

is there a way i can change the way foobar reads tags, so it doesnt display the filename but it instead displays my pre specified tags of each mp3 file

im assuimg using waveOut is ok? i dont want any crossfades or special features
i have a turtle beach santa cruz

what was the name of the foobar extension that allowed me to change config files to change the colors/text of my window


and i think that does it

[2] you sure it was under? ... you probably had the album list panel in the columns ui sidebar, or in a toolbar above the playlist

[3] preferences > display > title formatting > playlist ... or if you add columns ui, change it there (or it will change if you use downloaded .fcs files)

[4] yes, it's perfectly ok

[5] playlist colors and text? ... columns ui allows the swapping of .fcs files to change the formatting

You have actually never been a foobar2000 user before, have you?

Even if you lost data, you still have a brain to keep things in mind and I don't believe
that you even forgot basics like title formatting or how to search the forum.

I have the impression that this was a lie to obtain responses a little faster
- and that's not how forums are supposed to work.

ive used foobar for a long while, and everything that i changed and config'ed was months in process, so yes ive used it for a long time - but i really cant remember on the fly what i did for everything cause it was all over time

and i wanted to get it back to how it was in a jiffy
