I’m wondering if I can use the volume up and down keys of my keyboard to control the Windows’ wave/mp3 volume instead of the master (play control) volume?

Is there a way a can do this?

Winamp can do this through it's global hotkey support plugin (included in standard release).

I'm sure there are tons of other players out there that can do something similar.

Yeah but I really didn't want another player doing that for me. I'm already using Foobar's global shortcuts. This way I can control wave/mp3 volume, but only when I have foobar open.
