I have a Logitech 5.1 setup and the sound works fine from every single application but foobar. When I am using foobar the sound decides it only wants to come from my front right speaker and no others. I know this is a foobar problem because iTunes works fine, Winamp works fine, FFXI works fine, WoW works fine, HL2 works fine, everything is outputting sound normal ezxcept for foobar. What am I doing wrong?! Please help before I have to use a shit ass program. Thanks in advance!

Check your DSP and tell us which one you are using and also your output. For the moment it's hard to help you "out from the box"

Maybe that's something wrong if I click DSP there is a bunch of stuff not active and the only thing active is 'Volume Control'. My output is waveout using my "Realtek AC97 Audio" driver.

well.. if you have only the volume controle activated.. I don't see where it could come from.
Maybe you could try to use directsound as playback and see if it changes something..
You could also try to use the channel mixer DSP and select upmix to 6 speakers.. But I have no clue nor answer to your problem..

If it is any correlation, if I turn on '0Convert stereo to 4 channel' more of my speakers begin to work?!

yes, but if it's still weird,
use the channel mixer component, you normally will be able to activate 6 of your speakers (subwoofer included)
And with '0Convert stereo to 4 channels' how many speakers work?

4 work, and I just downloaded and activated whatever that Channel Mixer like you said and turned it to 6 channels with subwoofer on and it works. I appreciate it. Don't know what the fuck why, cause foobar used to work fine but apparently not anymore. Thanks man.

Maybe some settings of your speakers, or windows doesn't know that you are using a 5.1 environment, or God wanted to annoy you, who could say..
Happy to have you listening your music with all your speakers..
