Hi everyone,

I would like to know if there's a site that have thorough documentation on CELP based coding. I am currently reading the information written in the Speex manual and I would like to know if there are any other good documentation. I have tried to look for it in IEEE, but the articles that I get are a bit complicated and hard to digest. Thank you for your time and consideration.
