So i've been using Foobar for a few months now and i absolutely love it. These forums have been absolutely essential in my understanding of everything and now i've finally joined to make my first post. A COMPONENT REQUEST! As i've been customizing everything there is one toolbar/panel/component that i haven't found that seems like it would be quite useful. Tell me if this is already out there or is impossible/too hard/not-worth-your-time-to-code and i'll shutup.

Anyways:

It would look like the Playback Buttons toolbar, but everything would be customizable. The number of buttons, the size of the buttons, the .pngs on the buttons, and what the buttons do would all be user-definable. Commands like "Playlist/Sort/Randomize", "Playlist/Current Track/Focus", and "Components/Toaster/Show Toast" could all be mapped to buttons. The possibilities are ENDLESS!!! kinda...

I'm aware that these things are achievable through the main menu, context menu, and keyboard shortcuts, but this would be making it just a little easier/prettier. Maybe.

Don't know how hard this would be to code, but if anybody out there likes the idea and feels like spending some time i think this could be a really cool component.

Plenty of people have requested this but no developer has taken it on, I wouldn't be suprised if a lot of developers dont want to start a new project with 0.9 looming, might as well wait until new sdk comes out (in case menus are different). This should be an easy enough project though.

Seems I do little else but request of add on to requests.. but I'd like to see this feature too.

it would be nice to see something like this where you can assign buttons to any action you want. similar to how the keyboard shortcuts in foobar work. that would be nice..
i hate the drop down meny for the order.. i usually only use shuffle or default. ive always wanted to make shuffle/default into buttons.
im sure youre not the only person to want something like this.

It would be nice being able to automatically switch buttons toolbars according to the presence or the value of some tag.........., wouldn't it?
