I have one basic question about MPC
Is there a tool for the editing of MPC files?
I have some bad ripped music files and I want to edit them
For example:
The lenght of the track on the Cd is 3.54 but after encoding it's 5.07 (1 min lost with nothing on it...)
It's happening sometimes with the last tracks on some Cds...

Audacity is good for that but it cannot open MPC files...
Is there any program for this purpose?
Because I don't want to reencode it to WAV, edit it and reencode to MPC (The quality loss would be tremendous!!)

I don't believe there are currently any tools that allow direct editing of MPCs.

And you used bad CD grabbing software or in bad grabbing mode.

using Tag&Rename.

Nero Wav Editor + MPC plugin

They don't allow hotlinking, but i fear this doesn't work losslessly, sorry. There's also a similar plugin for CEP/Audition.

A note on the Cool Edit/Audition plugin; you'll need to put mppenc.exe into the Cool Edit/Audition directory (or %PATH%) in order to encode back to mpc.
