He!!
Last week I isntalled foobar 0.9b3_full.
I can't play on this foobar files dts and wma9 (6ch).
Do somone know any plugin for this files.

I don't think those plugin's exist for 0.9 at this point. Right now it seems the fb2k developers are working out the bugs in the program. The SDK used to create plugin's isn't being released yet so that bugs in third party components aren't mistaken as bugs in fb2k.
