Full Version: eac/ tagging problem?

Started compressing my music into mpc format thought I tagged everything right, the files are tagged, but when I open winamp I have no titles/etc. Any thoughts ideas. Thanks again

Are you using a correct commandline in EAC?
Something like:
--quality X --xlevel --artist "%a" --title "%t" --album "%g" --year "%y" --track "%n" --genre "%m" %s

Have you opened the files with foobar2000, to see if there really are tags? P.S. Foobar2000 uninstalls cleanly.

Yeah I ran foobar and it is not tagged it says like %G %A etc. Do not know what I did wrong I copied and pasted the commandline from the listed MPC settgings. Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.

I entered the parameters listed above. Now foobar is recognizing the tag but winamp still is not. Any ideas?

are you using the latest winamp MPC plugin?
