In the past days it have a logo of napster saying that Napster was here but now is Napster in working? and they have a link to buy t-shirts of the mark?

If you have been following the news lately, you'll know that a US pornography firm is attempting to buy the rights to the Napster name for $3M US, which is strange since "Napster" was at one point a household name for music-sharing; going to a "smut" format would be quite a stretch from it's original manifestation. Only in America. 
I doubt this since they went bankrupt & as I understood they are not allowed to sell the company.

Actually, the company's stocks are listed at US Nasdaq but according to Reuters, it is not US company, but Spanish..
