I tried some of these at the file in foobar but it doesn't have much help.

Looks more like Azrael than Navigator Suite, just search the forums for 'Azrael'.

I know about both but I would like to know whatis what when I go and mod it myself. I am sorry I didn't explain myself. where do I modify it in? In foobar2000/perf/display/Colums UI/Colums or in foobar2000/perf/display/Colums UI/Globals?

'Globals' is where you can edit the color scheme used, overall things that affect info you see, etc. 'Columns' is where you can edit individual things about the column. It's hard to explain.

I know what you mean is hard to explain. Thats what I am looking for that hard to explain part like a readme or tutorial on what formatting string to put and where.

Columns you need to make to get something close to what you have (really quick, and will require more work - go to TitleFormat Reference in the Wiki or click the help button in the Title Formatting Page in the Preferences for everything you can use)

01 - Space (make width about 2)
02 - Playlist Number : use $num() to pad zeros
03 - Space
04 - A select string with tracknumber as counter Ex: $select(%tracknumber%,%artist%,%album%,%genre%,%date%)
05 - Space
06 - Tracknumber
07 - Track : Use %isplaying% to indicate a playing track
08 - track length : use %isplaying% to indicate %_time_elapsed%
09 - Space
10 - Bitrate

I can't really help you with colors, but that should help you get the general format

Edit: Go to Colums UI|Columns (for 0.8.3 - correct me if I'm wrong) or Columns UI|Playlist View|Columns (for 0.9)

That's what the space is for. Give it a space name of "|" (If you show column header; exclude the quotation marks) and give it a background color.
