I am just wondering because it seems that certain ways seem easier to manage than others but is there like a standarized way people do this?

1 Disc Album:
C:/music/artist - album/artist - album.jpg
C:/music/artist - album/artist - track.mp3

2 Disc Album:
C:/music/artist - album/artist - album.jpg
C:/music/artist - album/cd1/artist - track.mp3
C:/music/artist - album/cd2/artist - track.mp3

I use option 1 and 2

1 is for album, 2 is for singles.

Primarily option 1.

I have my music collection in folders %artist%\%date% - %album%, with covers for the albums in the album folder.

I also have images of the artist which are in the artist folder which are displayed if I play a track by the artist which isn't part of an album.
