use AVIsynth... be warned though that it can (and im pretty sure) WILL play SLOOOOWLYYYYY and choppy - especially if You try to play something like DivX. This method can be used to recompress (*cough* re-rencode) the reversed clip using VirtualDub - but then You'll lose a lot of quality:

Encoding is very slooooow, but fortunately the clip isn't that long.
Quality isn't a big issue here so that won't be a problem.
