Hi !

I'm trying to debug my mp3chop application and I noticed that LAME does not return the correct amount of samples in its decoding mode. It perfectly handles the encoder_delay value (even for high values above 1152 unlike my Foobar 0.8.3) but there are too many samples at the end.

Should be easy to fix for a LAME dev, I guess.
