When I right click on an item in the FB2K Playlist window, Masstagger and its associated options appear in the context menu. When I right click on a file in Windows Explorer, Masstagger does not appear in the context menu. Is this result a constraint of Masstagger or am I not setting it up properly?

It was never intended to be available in Explorer's context menu.
The masstagger is just a component inside of foobar2000.
How did you even come up with that idea?
