The catch is that the mp3 was created with the encoding quality set on "highest." I created the mp3 for the sake of comparing with an mp4. Do the developers need a copy of the mp3 or can they work this out for themselves?

I am using version 0.8.3 of foobar2000.

I just tested, it doesn't work when encoded on the "medium" setting either.
