crying.gif I humbly admit I am not a techie, however, I am able to follow instruction. I have just become interested in sending wma's via email and have received messages from recipients that they do not open. Can I get some assistance with this?
Thanks already! Arbie

Perhaps they got split if they were too big for sending/receiving. If for example your or the recipient's box allows only 5MB files to be transferred at a time, and you sent 6MB file, then it got split into 2 parts. Email client should join them automatically, so maybe recipients opened it via WWW email portal.
There's many other possibilities (maybe they have some ancient WMP, or files are DRMed), not quite possible to tell without having these files.

Thanks for the response rutra80. The recipint, I believe, has a web-based email account. So, that might be the problem, huh? Then would it be normal, in your opinion, to be able to send wma's in a pop account with no hitches?

Actually, web-based e-mail is more efficient than POP for large attachments. Be sure to download the attachment, then play it. Do not try to play directly from the e-mail. My e-mail of choice for this is currently AOL. They offer a free web-based e-mail service with a 2 gig mailbox. Attachments can be up to 16 meg.
