Somebody can tell me something about DRM?
I've read that is used AAC to encode the signal.

Really interesting...but I've seen that the receiver are very expensive...and I can use the receiver software only if I've a receiver, I suppose...What can I do to listen this radio and not waste a lot of money?

You don't need any more than a shortwave radio with some modifications, and those can be gotten quite cheaply if you look around. There are some minimal DRM receivers around which can be gotten for about 100 Euros.
