I am looking for a new stereo head-set and am open for suggestions. It shouldn't cost more than 50 €, though.

I noticed that more and more companies offer PC head-sets with an USB plug. Is there any advantage using USB over the "normal" plugs?
And does anyone know what Sennheiser means when they say that some of their head-sets come with an integrated audio chip? Do they have some sort of built-in sound processor or what?

USB headsets have the advantage, that they record directly without any analog noise issues - they don't need a soundcard at all, too.

Get a USB one unless you know what you are doing.

OK, I guess I'll get an USB head-set then since my integrated sound-chip adds a lot of noise unfortunately.

What do you think of these: http://www.logitech.com/index.cfm/products...CONTENTID=10013

I can get them for about 40 €.

Not sure what the conversion is nowadays, and not sure if you just want a pair of headsets for your DAP and computer, or just computer, but I purchased a pair of Sennheiser eH150's from Circuit City for $37.99 and they are wonderful with my iPod and cd player.

It's not a USB hookup, but you can see user reviews here:
