I need to encode my CDs to HE-AAC+PS.
Which encoder should I use, and how can I check the encoded files that they're really HE-AAC with PS?

I don't think that is able to encode to PS.
So how can I check the encoded file? To see if it is HE-AAC + PS or not?
Extract pure AAC stream with foobar2000's mp4 utilities, and play the extracted .aac file. foobar2000 will tell you if the stream is HE-AAC + PS or not.

It does have a "Coding Technologies aacPlus V2" codec.

I'm using Enhanced AACplus encoder with dBpowerAmp Converter and it works
Take a lil time to rip a CD, through...
1. Rip the CD into .wav files by EAC
2. FLAC them using FLAC Frontend
3. Add tags with foobar2000 (sometime FLAC Frontend doesn't tag them, don't know why)
4. dBpowerAmp Converter .flac files into HE-AAC + PS
5. Deletes the .wav files
6. Archive the .flac files somewhere
6. Load them up to the mobile DAP
Have to think a way to automate these process, later

It is not working with the official MPEG4audio SBR+PS conformance streams for EAAC+.
