I try to develop a MPEG Layer 3 decoder filter. I connected this filter to Audio Render ( Default DirectSound Device). I found that in the Default DirectSound Device Properties page, the "fullness" of my filter output is quite low , around 30~40%, while other filters , such as MAD Filter, that will be near 90%.
What's the meanning of "fullness" ? and whta's the root cause maybe ?
