Are there any portable players that will play a dvd+r data disc and that have some kind of rudimentary library system?

I found an inexpensive dvd player that will accept a 4.7Gig data disc but accessing a particular song was a PITA.

Any ideas?

Well, many portable DVD players now can play MP3s burned on DVDs. sony has one. However, all of them are pretty much designed to be a DVD "video" player. They're big and have screens, not something you can tuck away like a PCDP. Plus, their GUI for MP3 playback is barebone, most won't even display ID3 tags on the screen.
